chili crunch pasta chips🥵 made in the airfryer~ these are definitely my new fav snack! -boil 8 oz of short pasta (like bowties) for 12 mins, past al-dente. you want the pasta to be overcooked but not mushy. -drain the pasta super well! you need the pasta to be very dry for maximum crunch. -season the pasta with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp chili oil (try to get most of the oil part and less of the chili flakes/bits), 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp salt. -airfry at 400F for 10-12 mins, shaking the basket halfway through. -top with more parmesan cheese and enjoy! #chilioil #pastachips #pastatiktok

korean seaweed soup~ this has to be one of the easiest soups to make! it’s rich in vitamins and nutrients providing great health benefits! in korean tradition, miyeok-guk is often served to postpartum mothers to aid in their recovery and promote milk production. additionally, it is customary to enjoy miyeok-guk on birthdays as a way of expressing gratitude and honoring mothers for the gift of life ☺️ recipe: 14 grams dried seaweed 1 tbsp sesame oil 4 oz sliced beef (or omit beef for tofu) 1 tbsp minced garlic 5 cups water 1.5 tbsp soup soy sauce (you can use low sodium soy sauce instead) 1/4 tsp black pepper 1. rehydrate your seaweed, drain and roughly chop it into pieces. 2. saute the sliced beef in sesame oil until it is cooked through. 3. add the minced garlic and seaweed. stir fry for 2 mins. 4. add water, soup soy sauce and black pepper. taste & adjust to your preferences. 5. bring the soup to a boil, reduce the heat, simmer for 20-30 mins and enjoy! the main ingredient is dried miyeok (seaweed) which can be found on amazon! search @ofoodusa dried seaweed to find it! #miyeokguk #seaweedsoup #koreanfood #souprecipe #easysoup #kfood #seaweed
