Homemade dumpling wrappers are the best! My dough recipe (makes 32 wrappers) 300g all purpose flour Pinch of salt 150g hot (just boiled) water Mix the dough in a large bowl until shaggy then knead for 5 minutes until smoothish. Cover the dough and let it rest for atleast 30 minutes and up to 2 hours. Uncover, divide the dough, and roll out into wrapper! #dumplings #chinesefood #cookingvideo #recipevideo

A few months ago I found my grandpa’s Canonet QL17 Giii in my parents’ basement. It hasn’t been used in decades, but it captured so much of my familys’ life in fhe 70s and 80s.
