The better you feel, the better your work will be ✨ Top tip: I do a lot of weight training and with this comes strength and conditioning, in order to keep my spine healthy and posture up right 1. I do this hobby because you have to have a straight bar path to lift the barbell efficiently so this counteracts being sat lashing in one position for long periods 2. Because I do a lot of these exercises which help stop me from bending wonky and tipping forwards, which when we lash we do a lot as bent over the client without realising. Good mornings, GHD back raises weighted and lots of front squats help. (*remember we are all different this is what I do for my health and as getting older, 40+ now I am taking care of my body).
