I gotchu! 😍 Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe: 130g All-Purpose PFlour 50g Dark Cocoa Powder 200g Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda Pinch of Salt 1 Larg Egg, room temp 60ml Cooking Oil 120ml Fresh Whole Milk, room temp 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 120ml Hot Water + 1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder Frosting: 200g Dark Chocolate Chips 150ml Heavy/Whipping Cream Pinch of Salt (optional) I used a 7x7 Baking Pan. Line it with Parchmenet Paper. Bake at 170C preheated oven for 25-30mins, or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. I’m using a convection oven, top & bottom heat with fan on. Combine warm water, milk, yeast and sugar. Set aside for 5 mins until bubbly. 2. In a bowl add yeast mixture, egg, bread flour, all-purpose flour & salt. 3. Mix/knead until you form a dough. 4. Add butter gradually while kneading by hand or stand mixer. 5. Knead until smooth and it passes window pane test. 6. Cover & rest for 1hr. 7. Deflate, and portion into 8 big balls. 8. Rise for another 30mins. 9. Brush with egg wash. 10. Bake at 350F/180C preheated oven for 15-20minutes or until golden brown.
