Everything I ate today: Reminder: I’m not elminating or restricting myself from any specific food or food groups right now. I have a history of b*nge eating. I havent done much exercise (other than walking my dog) but I did get a walking pad so i can do some cozy cardio while I watch tv. Breakfast was a vanilla latte, I had a super busy morning and by lunch time i was STARVING. I had a huge craving for pizza so thats what I got! For dinner was Korean food. Im at my parent’s for the next 6 months so whenever you see me eat Korean food, its made by them!
