Kombucha is so easy and so cheap to make! This is step 2 fermentation which is where i simply add flavor and let it ferment a little longer (4 days) in the pantry! Todays flavors are •mango •raspberry lemonade •cherry limeade •blueberry ginger Follow @Katie.bevington for more like this!

Kombucha is so EASY. And no. I don’t mean like how people say sourdough is easy😂🥲 It’s ACTUALLY easy. You can either buy a scoby or start one yourself.. I’ll link a good one from Amazon in my stories if you are impatient and want to start asap like me 🥲🎉 Then you take 8 black tea bags to 8 cups of water boil and then add 1 cup of sugar. Let it cool to room temp. Pour into the kombucha jar! Add 4 cups of purified water (room temp) Add scoby. Cover with cheese cloth and leave it alone for 10-14 days. When you are about to start the flavor process.. purée whatever fruits you want to put in. Put the purée in the kombucha bottles and then add kombucha. I used 33oz bottles and 2/3 cup purèe per 33oz. Let it sit for 4-5 days. It’s done! You can put it in the fridge and consume whenever!
