Its no secret that I’m not in love with who I am and my body I’m in a rut and I just dont feel happy anymore So the past few days I have been actovly taking my vitamins, trying to get more sleep and eating better and I’m already seeing the benefits! At some point tomorrow I’ll be doing a body update as a starting point and what some of my goals are 🤍 I am super excited to tone up and get my strength back as well as hopefully shedding a few extra pounds I’ve put on

Ive litterally spent all day deep cleaning my entire house 😅 I would have filmed room by room but I would not bave got it all done 😅 Hopefully now I am 100% re-set I can do lots of mini clean fipming of how I keep on top of it all 🥰 A well deserved everything shower!
