Treatments that have got my skin in the best glowing happy place ! And I feel like I’m being big headed here but I am getting ALOT of ‘oh my god your skin looks amazing’ so…. Here is what I am doing 👉🏻 Microneedling. I carry out needling treatments on myself around every 6 weeks. The needling process creates tiny holes in your skin and this damage helps stimulate your skin's healing process, so it produces more collagen and elastin. I am a fully trained esti, so I use the exceed device. 👉🏻 Chemical peels. I tend to alternative between needling and a peel every 6 weeks. My favourite is the mandeliclear from @Circadia 👉🏻 LED therapy.
