I would hate to see the only investment you have tank, and you have no back up. 😅 I’ll always remember meeting a guy in 2014 who told me that he lost his entire 401(k) during the housing crisis of 2008. I couldn’t imagine working my whole life just to lose it all in my 40s or 50s. A reminder as to why you should diversify, because at the end of the day, the stock market is going to do what it does, you can’t predict it.
