They cause more fires than you would think. Even if you have it secure! Plus the chickens don’t usually need that kind of extreme heat. If you are on the fence, please watch my heat lamp highlight (not here…you know where) Radiant heaters are a great option because they aren’t a fire hazard like heat lamps.
