Boiling hot water coming down into the light fixings and the ceiling, even the pvc front door buckled because the water was so hot, we managed to turn the water off, and I sat in the garden with Bow with feet in pans of cold water, I then went into shock I think as started to shake But still the Adrenalin kept me going, building insurance are awful and won’t cover it because it was the water tank ( that photo is the back of the tank when it was taken out a few days later as we were without power and water for 48hrs) so hopefully the contents insurance ( which is with another company! Thank god) will cover the carpets, sofas.. ect, I didn’t go hospital until Tuesday as me being me.. I had stuff to sort out with not just the house but also our business!. I won’t show you the full pictures of my feet or tell you what they did to them (I have a high pain threshold but Christ! That hurt) you can see the hot water lines on my feet in the video , so I now have to wait to hear from plastics to see what the next steps are as I have done them in good and proper, but today I can start to walk a bit better , Bow is healing well. She even burnt her lips, how I don’t know!, so that’s why we have not been on, I was a absolute mess on Monday, I think it all sunk in and I was in pain which didn’t help, it’s been the week from hell!, but as always, we will deal with it and carry on..
