5-ingredient Chocolate Jam Bites😍 • Ingredients: 1/2 cup raspberries (120 ml / about 60 g) 1/2 cup strawberries (120 ml / about 70 g) 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1/2 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup • topping 100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate, melted optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil • 1. Mash the berries 2. Add the chia seeds and maple syrup and stir to combine 3. Let sit for 20 minutes to let the chia seeds soak and mixture to thicken 4. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper 5. Let set in the freezer for about an hour or until set 6. (Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil). Dip the bites in the chocolate. Place the bites on a plate lined with parchment paper. They will set quite quickly since the raspberry fillings are frozen. However, the fillings melt quite quickly, so try to dip them as fast as you can. You can of course put them into the freezer again if they have melted too much 7. Tuna Onigiri 🍙 Ingredients - 1 cup sushi rice - 1 can tuna in spring water, drained - small bunch of chives finely sliced - 0.5 teaspoon Tōgarashi (more if you like it spicy) - 4 tbsp Japanese mayo - 2 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce - 1 sheet nori - soy sauce for glazing the pan-fried ones Method Worth noting there are so many variations of onigiri and you can eat it with just steamed rice and nori or pan fry. I prefer the pan-fried ones for the added crunch. 1. Cook the rice by rinsing it under cold water until it runs clear, then place the rinsed rice into a rice cooker with 1 cup of water and cook. 2. Once cooked, let it cool to room temp (about 20 mins) before you make your onigiri. 3. For the tuna mayo filling, simply mix the tuna, mayo, chives, Tonkatsu and Tōgarashi. 4. To make your onigiri, season a bowl of water with salt, wet your hands and place about 1/4 cup of rice in your hand. Flatten it out and place a heaped tablespoon of the tuna mayo in the middle. Then place some more rice over the top and shape it into a triangle shape. 5. If you are eating as is, place a piece of nori in the bottom and season on the top with some more Tōgarashi. 6. To pan fry, place a small amount of oil in a pan and fry on both sides over medium-high heat, then glaze with soy sauce at the end. 7. Enjoy! #cooking #recipe #asmrfood #foodtiktok #viral #foryou

When we first bought our house we soon realized that as long as we live in it, it’s not an asset, it’s a liability. Because the house cost us to live in it. Even if we were building equity in it and paid it off in 30 years, the house would still produce no cash flow and it would continue to cost us to live in it. A year later we bought our first short term rental property. And after seeing how much cash flow it was generating every month, we realized we should’ve bought a rental property first. For the past 4 years we kept buying short term rental properties which now pay for all of our liabilities and give us financial freedom.
