One of the major perks of this is you end up with a lot more amenities than you might have if you lived on your own. The entire house is also furnished so you don’t have to worry about buying any dishes or furniture. My favorite part though has been having an instant community. I woke up to snow yesterday and went straight to Central Park. It doesn’t seem to snow here very often, and when it does, it disappears quickly so you have to take advantage of it. The start of my French language journey! After arriving in NYC, I signed up for a 10-week, level 1 French course at @Coucou French Classes. I’m moving to Paris in April and I wanted to get started learning the basics as soon as possible. I’ve studied Italian and Spanish a bit in the past but I had absolutely zero knowledge of French before starting this course. I’m still a complete beginner but I’m seeing tiny bits of growth each week and it’s really exciting.
