morning on chemotherapy cycle 10 day 3!! 🙌🙌🙌 my energy is really low on chemo so after about an hour of being up I need to lay down and rest but I do my best to get in what helps me stay grounded and happy and positive when I do have my bursts of energy! Here are things that have helped so much with healing/ my musts: -hydration (I drink so much water + electrolytes) -staying on top of zofran -meditation + deep breathing -light simple snacks/ meals -resting as soon as I feel nausea coming on -outside time in the sun -gentle stretches if I can handle it -red light therapy +low low infrared heat (no sweating) -oil pulling -scalp treatments + hair oil to help my hair from falling out -enjoying softness and embracing support -peppermint + ginger tea 🩵🩵🩵 going to get disconnected in a few hours so know I’ll feel my “worst” the next two days- but it also means I’m one cycle down, 2 more to go! 🎊🥹🙌🌈 #chemo #chemotherapy #chemohair #chemosideeffects #healing #cancerfighter #folfox #holistic #healthy #cancertreatment #folfoxcycle10

Had my first cycle of 1/4 oxaliplatin infusion+capecitabine which will be 3 months in total started of well then ended up having a reaction throat lips arms tingling been over 10 gours since infusion and still feeling it my arm is hurting so much numb tingly feels like been electric shocked and feels like the cannula is still in my neck throat feel tight Having a picc line fitted on the 26th 2 days before second infusion hope the pain goes by then and picc line is more comfortable and don’t get a reaction 🙏#chemosideeffects are scary next 4 days I can’t drink eat or touch anything cold 😱😬🥶🤕 felt the pain of it a few times since been home went to get milk from fridge boy what a mistake the first bite syndrome’s not any better I can’t eat anything i got to chew its soups and mashed food fir the ne t few days #firstdayofchemo #cancertreatment #cancer #igotthis #fuckcancer #cancersucks #chemotherapysideeffects @Naz💖
