Unsponsored review on barefoot shoes! I know there are different brands, but I tried to use the two different "types." One scene I had to cut: These can be extra jarring if you walk a lot on concrete (sidewalks etc). Some of them come with an extra insole to help cushion this. *Unsponsored meaning I took zero money from these companies. I bought these shoes myself specifically for this review. To my knowledge, the companies don't even know I exist. Someone asked me to clarify my conclusion on "which is better and are they worth it?" That's totally fair! I'll paste my response below: I made it more subtle because the answer is that it "depends on the person." I would get the sneaker-looking ones if you want the barefoot feel without really looking that way. I'd get the shoe glove ones if you like the idea of shoe gloves and the fashion statement that comes with it. As for the second part, I think they're worth trying at least once, but there are DEFINITELY going to be some people who dislike them and others who love them. We usually don't stick with shoes forever, so my opinion is that trying them once can really let the individual know if these work for them. Otherwise, there's nothing in a review that can really replace that. Hope that makes sense!
