As a hypermobile human one of my favorite things about training with the Pilates board resistance is that it helps to build control, and proprioception. Pushing works your muscles (concentric), and the return challenges stability (eccentric). Hari ke-11 | 2nd 5km untuk beginner katakan. Merenyut kaki ooo bila habis step untuk 5km ni. 😜 Jangan ingat bila dah tapau 2x 5km berat boleh turun. Belum lagi. Jangan mimpi dulu korang hahaha saya dah try. Tak turun lagi. Larian 5km ni paling kurang 5x baru boleh turun 1kg. Syarat kena potong gula dulu baru berhasil. Kalau lepas lari, tapi makan tak jaga, hentam ja semacam memang tak turun la berat. Jaga pemakanan, jangan buat macam saya hahaha lepas lari, malam makan lagi tak jaga. Berat kekal haha Nak berat turun, buat kardio lepas tu jaga pemakanan. Nak tambah stamina, berjoging terus okay. Hari ke-12 | 3rd 5km untuk minggu ni tambah 1km extra lagi. Hari ni baru berasa injured bahagian lutut kiri, sebab kejar pace dan cara larian kadang-kadang berubah semasa landing. So, korang bila buat long run, pastikan warm up dan berlari dengan kaedah yang betul, supaya kaki tak mudah injured. Selepas dah selesai lari, wajib buat cool down, jika tak buat, bangun pagi esok rasa la azabnya otot kejang hahaha 😆 Hari ni rilek sikit maintain pace 8 je dulu sebab lutut rasa sakit.
