It seems some of you are new here. I have been patrolling and posting vehicles in bike lanes since 2017 (before tiktok) and I’ll tell ya something, the rules haven’t changed. Delivery vehicles or trucks have ✨never✨ been exempt from NO STOPPING areas and or bike lanes or cycle track. This UPS truck is 100% obstructing the Wellesley Street East bike lane. I was riding with PEO hickey and he issues it a $150 fine. The ticket on the high windshield wiper was from a different address/by-law. Stop in multiple spots illegally? Unoccupied vehicle parked in the Bloor St. W #BikeTo lane last friday. Not like there isn’t physical curb separation, mutilpe no stopping sings and a big bike lane sign. All things indicating to NOT stop there period. $150 ticket issued. Doesn’t matter there is enough room for bikes to pass. No stopping is no stopping.
