Potato Skins Recipe 🤤 Delicious Appetizer😘 Ingredients: • 4 medium russet potatoes, washed and dried • 2 tbsp butter • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1/2 tsp salt (plus more to taste) • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled • 1/4 cup chopped green onions • Sour cream or ranch dressing (for dipping) Instructions: 1. Prep the Potatoes • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). • Pierce the potatoes with a fork, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until tender. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. 2. Slice & Scoop •Cut each potato lengthwise into quarters (you’ll get 4 wedges per potato). •Use a spoon to carefully scoop out most of the potato flesh, leaving about 1/4-inch attached to the skin (save the scooped potato for another dish like mashed potatoes). 3. Season the Wedges •Place the wedges on a baking sheet, spray with a little nonstick spray. •Brush the inside of the wedges with butter and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. 4. Perfect for any occasion and made with a variety of meat and cheese – this colorful, flavorful, and customizable finger food is full of different flavors and textures. Everyone will absolutely love this fun and tasty cocktail snack! Ingredients 8 oz block cheddar cheese 24 marinated mozzarella cheese balls 12 slices of salami 24 grape tomatoes 8–12 mini dill pickles Fresh basil Balsamic glaze Instructions First prepare all of the ingredients. Cut the cheddar cheese block into 24 small cubes. Cut the salami slices in half and then fold each half. Chop the mini dill pickles into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on the size. Separate the fresh basil into bite sized pieces, cutting some larger leaves in half if needed. Once all of your ingredients are prepared, assemble the charcuterie kabobs. Thread the various elements on the skewers. You can do so in whichever order you’d like. I did cherry tomato, mozzarella ball, basil leaf, dill pickle chunk, folded salami, cheddar cube. Next arrange the assembled skewers on a large serving platter or plate. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
