High protein pesto chicken pasta Entire pan: 1,122.8 calories, 90.6g protein RECIPE👇🏼👇🏼 Homemade pesto sauce- - 1/4 cup hemp seeds - 2 cups fresh basil - 1/4 cup Parmesan - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 garlic cloves - Squeeze of lemon - Salt and pepper Homemade cream- - 1/4 cup cottage cheese (lactose free) - 2 tbsp milk (lactose free) Chicken- - 1 tbsp salt - 1 tbsp pepper - 1 tbsp parsley flakes - 1/2 tbsp garlic powder - 1/4 tbsp onion powder - 1/2 tbsp paprika - 1/2 tbsp chili flakes (optional) - Blend together ingredients for pesto sauce and set aside. In same blender, blend together ingredients for cream, set aside. - Begin boiling pot of water for 2 or 2.5 cups of pasta, salt the water once boiling. - Heat up medium size pan on medium-heat, once heated, drizzle small amount of olive oil. - Drizzle olive oil on chicken and season throughly on both sides. Throw onto pan once hot. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. - Set chicken aside and let rest. In the same pan you cooked your chicken in, add 2 tbsp butter and let melt. Once melted, add in pesto sauce from earlier. Then mix in your homemade cream. - Once sauce is simmering, add in pasta and mix.
