Lazy girl dinner 💭✨👸🏼 recipe below!! Ingredients: @Poppi for the good vibes Cauliflower (I used 1 bag) Sweet potatoes, cubed (I used 4 small) 2 chicken breasts Juice of 1 lemon Seasonings for cauliflower: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, turmeric Seasonings for sweet potatoes and chicken: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika @Baba’s roasted red pepper hummus @Esti foods official tatziki Instructions: 1. Toss cauliflower with avocado oil and seasonings 2. Bake in airfryer at 400° until crispy 3. Toss sweet potatoes woth avocado oil and seasonings 4. Bake in oven at 450° until crispy (may need to broil at end) 5. Season chicken and brown on both sides in cast iron pan - add juice of 1 lemon right before baking 6. Transfer cast iron to oven and finish baking chicken until internal temp reaches 165° 7. Cut chicken into cubes and return back to cast iron 8. Mix until chicken is well coated with chicken juices from cast iron 9.
