#ad here’s what I ate today as someone trying to get in more protein throughout the day 💪 I started the day with a @Chobani zero sugar* milk & cookies greek yogurt—which is naturally zero sugar*, has no artificial sweeteners, and has 12g of protein—and added in some fresh strawberries & blueberries. the milk & cookies flavor is my FAVE but I love how quick and balanced of a breakfast this is since I was heading out the door to a workout class For lunch I made my sheet pan pesto gnocchi with italian chicken sausage for 25g of protein for dinner I had chicken, asparagus, & cherry tomatoes with a lemon sauce & chickpea pasta for 62g of protein all of the protein from dinner kept me pretty full and I just had some coconut oil popcorn as a snack before bed (which was just 1g)!!
