Here’s how to make this MAGIC SHELL YOGURT BOWL 🪄⬇️ [AD] @dfc_plc ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt 1-2 Tbsp natural peanut butter 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed 2-3 Tbsp chocolate chips 2 Tbsp blueberries 1. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, peanut butter, and flaxseeds until well combined. Using a spoon, distribute the yogurt in the bowl until it has a mostly flat surface. 2. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips in 15-second intervals until melted and smooth. 3. Pour melted chocolate over yogurt. Use the back of a clean spoon to distribute the melted chocolate evenly over the top. Immediately top with blueberries. 4. Refrigerate yogurt for at least 10-minutes, or until the chocolate forms a hard shell. 5. When you’re ready to eat, break the chocolate shell with a spoon, mix everything together, and enjoy! PS. Find the recipe below and on the Mexican avocado website linked in my IG Stories! enjoy xx #ad #avocadosfrommexico #nutritionmonth #avotok Avocado Pesto Pasta Serves 4 Ingredients 1 box of pasta of choice 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes 2 cups mozzarella balls Pesto 1 medium ripe avocado 1/2 lemon, juiced 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 2 handfuls fresh basil 1/3 cup pine nuts 2 garlic cloves Garnish 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted Fresh basil 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Directions Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Once water is boiling, add in pasta and cook according to box instructions—Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and set aside. In a food processor, combine all pesto ingredients and process for 30-45 seconds until smooth. Taste and season as necessary. Add pine nuts to a small saucepan, heat over medium temperature and cook for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and toasted. Add pesto and heat for 5-6 minutes in a large saucepan. Add in cooked pasta and pasta water as needed. Grate in parmesan cheese and add in sun-dried tomatoes. Add pasta to a large bowl and mix with mozzarella balls. Garnish with toasted pine nuts, parmesan cheese, black pepper and basil. March is Nutrition Month in Canada, and I’ve decided to make an effort to eat more vegetables! This high protein Greek yogurt ranch dip is beyond delicious and makes eating more veggies so easy. I love using @Herbamare Canada in my Ranch dip, because it is made with sea salt + 12 different fresh organically grown vegetables, herbs and iodine rich kelp. These ingredients were selected based on their ability to help with digestion, and it’s just an added bonus that they really make the herby-ranch-flavour POP!
