Beef and Broccoli Ingredients * 5 tbsp neutral oil * 3 cloves garlic(minced) * 1 tsp ginger(minced) * 1 head broccoli * 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine * Sesame seeds * 1.5 tbsp cornstarch+3 tbsp water Beef+Marinade * 1 lbs beef flank(thinly sliced against the grain) * 1/4 tsp baking soda * 3 tbsp Shaoxing wine * 1 tsp light soy sauce * 1 tsp oyster sauce * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp sugar * 1 tbsp cornstarch * 1 tbsp neutral oil Sauce * 1/3 cup beef broth * 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce * 1 tsp dark soy sauce * 1 tbsp oyster sauce * 1 tsp sesame oil * 1 tbsp sugar * 1/4 tsp white pepper Instructions 1. Thinly slice beef and marinate with ingredients. 2. We love a one pot pasta around here for a cozy easy delish dinner RECIPE (serves 4) 3 tbsp butter, divided 1/2 of an onion, finely diced 3–4 cloves of garlic, minced 1 + 3/4 cup bone broth (can sub veggie broth) 1 + 1/2 cups whole milk, plus more for finishing sauce 8 oz pasta of choice (gluten free, if needed) 1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, plus more for serving Salt + pepper, to taste 1. Heat a large pan over medium-low heat. Add 2 tbsp of the butter and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. 2. Stir in garlic, then add broth and milk. Stir everything, then bring to a boil. 3. Once boiling, add pasta and return to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes. 4. Stir in broccoli, salt, and pepper, and cover the pan, leaving a slight opening to allow some steam to escape. Cook until pasta is cooked to your liking (mine took 5 minutes). 5. Reduce heat. The only way im eating broccoli from now on 🥦🤤 ✨ingredients: - 1 head broccoli cut into florets - 1 can rinsed and drained chickpeas - parmesan (I use vegan parmesan) ✨must-have cashew caesar dressing (free recipe from my cookbook!!): - 1 cup raw cashews - 1 tbsp olive oil - 2 tbsp lemon juice - 1 tbsp capers - 1 tbsp caper brine - 1 tsp dijon mustard - 1/2 tsp salt - 3/4 cup water - 1 tsp garlic powder - Pinch of pepper How to: 1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Cut up broccoli and rinse and drain chickpeas. 3. Add the broccoli and chickpeas to a baking sheet. Spray on olive oil and season with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roast for 25-30 minutes. 4. While it roasts, make the dressing by blending all the ingredients in a high speed blender. 5. Alfredo beans and broccoli! Keep it as is for vegetarian or serve with grilled chicken, white fish, or shrimp for some added protein! You’ll need: 1-2 cups of broth of choice 3 cups of broccoli florets 2 jars (or cans) of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 1 jar of alfredo sauce Salt and pepper, if needed 1. Broccoli cheese soup forever! Pregnancy cravings strike again! RECIPE 3 tbsp butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 yellow onion, finely diced 3 tbsp gluten free all-purpose flour 4-5 cups chicken bone broth 2 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed Salt and pepper, to taste 5 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite sized pieces 1 cup matchstick or shredded carrots 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1 tsp dried sage 1/2 cup whole milk ½ cup heavy cream, more as needed 8 ounces shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese 1. Heat a dutch oven over medium heat. Add butter, onion, and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes. 2. Stir in flour and cook for 30 seconds. Add broth and potatoes. There should be enough broth to cover the potatoes, so start with 4 cups and add more as needed. Season well with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes. Use an immersion blender to blend into a creamy soup (you can also blend in batches in a regular blender). 3. Stir in broccoli, carrots, milk, cream, thyme, sage, and more salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil again, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes or until broccoli is cooked to your preference. Stir in shredded cheese. Lavamos, secamos y cortamos en arbolitos el brócoli. 2. Ahora cortamos por la mitad los arbolitos. 3.
