🥔 6-7 Golden Yukon potatoes (approx. 850g)
🌾 240g 00 flour
💧 360g cold water

🧂 Sea salt 👨🍳 Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet. Slice the potatoes thinly on a mandolin, then soak in water and drain. Mix flour, Parmigiano, salt, olive oil, and water to make a batter, and then add rosemary. Coat the potato slices in the batter and then spread it on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes moving the sheet to the upper rack halfway through. Then broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness. Une focaccia moelleuse pour vos apéros! - Recette : 500g farine 400ml d'eau tiède 1 càs de levure sèche 2 càc de sel 1 càs d'huile d'olive 1 càc de sirop d'érable ou miel garniture au choix (gros sel, olive et romarin) Mélanger eau, levure, sel, huile d'olive, sirop d'érable dans un bol puis ajouter dans la farine. Focaccia de Calabresa: Ingredientes da Massa:
140ml de água morna;
1/2 colher (sopa) de fermento biológico seco;
1 e 1/2 colher (sopa) de açúcar;
1/2 colher (sopa) de sal;
1/4 xícara (chá) de azeite ;
250g de farinha de trigo. Ingredientes do recheio: 1/2 gomo de calabresa; 1/2 cebola; 1 tomate pequeno sem semente; Orégano a gosto. Misture o açúcar, o fermento, a água morna e 2 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo (que vc retira da quantidade total indicada). Deixe descansar por 15 minutos. Depois desse tempo, acrescente o azeite. Misture a farinha e o sal e some aos demais ingredientes. O ponto correto da massa é levemente pegajosa. Basta misturar. Deixe a massa crescer coberta com um pano por 35 minutos. Monte a focaccia na assadeira e deixe descansar novamente por 10 minutos. So I thought I’d turn it into a little series 🤩 First up we have focaccia 🤤 Idk why but I am always scared to make bread because I think I’ll stuff it up ahaha!! Focaccine with Cherry Tomatoes | Recipe ⬇️ Ingredients: Dough * 500g all purpose flour * 6g of fresh yeast * 15g of salt * 300ml of water *2 tbsp olive oil Topping * Cherry tomatoes * Olives * Basil Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix the water and yeast until the yeast is dissolved. 2. Add the flour to the yeast mixture and stir until combined. 3. Sprinkle the salt over the flour and mix well. 4. Pour the olive oil into the bowl and mix until the dough starts to come together. 5. Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead it for about 5-7 minutes or until it becomes smooth and uniform. Let the dough rest in room temperature for 1 hour. Divide the dough into portions of approximately 100g each and, form little dough balls and let them rest for another 2-3 hours in a covered box. 6. Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl. Add olives, basil, salt, olive oil, and oregano for seasoning. Mix well. 7. Flatten each portion and create grooves on the surface with your fingertips. 8. Place the vegetables including the water on top of each portion. 9. Preheat the oven to approximately 200C/400F. 10. Bake the focaccia in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. 11. Focaccia Bread 3 cups of bread flour or all purpose flour 2 cups of warm water 2 teaspoons yeast 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 /4 cup of olive oil Italian seasoning/spice Whole head of garlic In a large bowl put the water, yeast, salt, and the flour use your hands or a spoon to mix. When it’s combined into a sticky dough ball cover for 1 hour. Then use your hands with a little bit of water on it and pull and stretch the dough about 4-5 times. Cover it again and let it sit for 1 hour. Uncover it and pull and stretch the dough 5-6 times. Shape it into a dough ball cover it up and put it into the fridge for at least 6 to 24 hours. Take it out of the fridge and put it into a 9 x 13 pan spread the dough out softly. Let it rises for about 1 hour in a warm area. While the dough is rising cut. The end of the garlic, pouring about 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the garlic. Covered up with some aluminum foil and put it into the oven 400° for about 30 minutes. Take it out let it cool in a bowl. Squeeze out the end of the garlic with 1/3 cup of olive oil, and use Italian herbs and mix. Preheat your oven to 450°. Look at the dough if it looks like Jell-O, it’s perfect. Pour the olive oil, telling herb spice right on top, spread it out a little bit then use the fingertips, poking some holes into the dough. Put it into the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. When you take it out, eat it while it’s warm or wait till it cools down and enjoy. #bread #foccacia #easyrecipe #recipe #fyp #fypシ

Cantidades AQUÍ👉🏼 Para acompañar unos embutidos, hacer un sandwich o como tostada en el desayuno me declaro una #focaccialover ¿Y tú? Para una bandeja de horno (12 raciones): 840g agua tibia 6g de levadura seca de PANADERÍA 30g de aceite de oliva 20g de sal 10g de azúcar invertido o miel 1kg harina de fuerza (te vale la de Gallo del supermercado) 👉🏼Para decorar: Sal, pimienta molida, aceite de oliva, romero y aceitunas negras 1. Mezcla el agua con el aceite, la sal, la levadura y el azúcar invertido (*tienes la receta en mi perfil). 2. Añade 1/3 de la harina y remueve. Añade otro tercio y remueve mas. Añade la que te quede y remueve hasta que esté mezclado todo. 3. Tapa con film y un paño (el paño es para que el film quede bien cerrado) y reposa 15 minutos. 4. Con la mano humedecida, ve plegando la masa desde el exterior hacia el centro hasta que quede tensada en el centro. Tapa nuevamente y reposa 15 minutos más. 5. Destapa y pliega 2 veces más, reposando 15 minutos entre medias. En total 3 rondas de pliegles en 45 minutos. 6. Rocía aceite. Tapa y refrigera de 12 a 24 horas. 7. Unta una bandeja de horno con aceite, coloca un papel de horno y pringa con más aceite. 8. Vierte la masa sobre la bandeja y pliega por los 4 extremos hasta que quede tensa en el centro. Tapa con otra bandeja de horno o film transparente y reposa de 90 minutos a 2 horas (según el calor que haga en casa). 9. Con las manos pringadas en aceite, estira con cuidado la masa por los extremos hasta cubir casi toda la bandeja. 10. Rocía aceite y haz marcas por toda la superficie de la masa con los dedos. 11. Espolvorea pimienta y sal. Decora con aceitunas negras y romero (o cebolla, tomatitos…) 12. Hornea (precalentado a 220 grados) durante 25-30 minutos. *Puedes congelar la focaccia horneada. *Puedes hacer media receta. Focaccia, keep reading for recipe ⬇️ ‼️ URGENT: there is a link in my bio to help @doaa_sulaiman19 her story is in my last video: @Wemo | 🇹🇳 ‼️ Note: I saw the stuffing technique from @_lacebakes_ and decided to implement it in this recipe. Turned out even better than usual 🫶🏻🥰 For the dough: - 350g warm water - 5g instant yeast - 5g honey - 1 tsp salt - 440g all purpose flour - 78ml olive oil (divided) - Thyme For the filling: - 2 garlic heads - 2 tsp olive oil - 100g shredded mozzarella cheese To top: - 1/3 cup honey - 1 tsp chili flakes - 2 tsp harissa For the flowers and “mushrooms”: - Mozzarella cheese - Peppers 1. In a bowl whisk the water, honey, 15ml olive oil, and instant yeast. Add the flour and salt, mix until a dough forms. 2. Gather the dough into a rough ball and place it in a greased bowl ( use 20ml olive oil for the bowl ). Cover with plastic film and refrigerate for 24 hours. (yes I said 24 hours. Idc if you’re inpatient LISTEN TO MY INSTRUCTIONS 😭🫵) 3. Once the dough has risen, do a set of stretch and folds and form the dough into a ball. 4. grease a 25x25cm pan with 30ml of olive oil and place the dough inside. Stretch it out into a rectangle and top with roasted garlic cloves + cheese. Fold each side to seal, pinch it shut, and flip it upside down. Note: cut the tops of your garlic cloves off and top with 1 tsp of olive oil each. Cover with foil then air fry at 400F until golden brown. 5. After stuffing the dough, cover with plastic film and allow to proof in a warm environment for 4 hours. ( yes I said 4 hours. COPE ) 6. Top with dough with another 10 ml of olive oil and dimple it. Use your oily fingers to coat the thyme then add it to the focaccia. 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 40 mins. Add the flower shaped cheese / peppers and bake for another 5 minutes. ( the flowers are optional) 8. Cook the honey, harissa and chilli flakes until it turns into a nice red colour. More foccacia for the feed🧄🍞One of my all-time favourite bakes the whole tray was devoured in less than a day Used a 24 hour proofing method and the results were perfect! so worth it! was so airy and pillowy yet moist at the same time—no knead and super low effort so you don’t even need any baking experience (p.s this is only my second time making foccacia but it’s def one of the easiest breads to make imo) (Got the recipe from Alexandracooks.com) 1) Whisk together 4 cups flour, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons instant yeast 2) Pour in 2 cups water and mix till combined 3) Oil a large bowl(preferably olive oil, canola oil works too though) and place the dough in, then slick the dough with more oil. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 24h or at least 18h 4)Remove from fridge, oil your baking pan thoroughly and transfer the dough in. Cover and let proof for at least 2 more hours (4h if your place is cold) 5) after 2h, dimple the dough, then pour more oil over! top with garlic, shallots, flaky sea salt and rosemary 6) Bake at 215 degrees celcius for 25 mins or till golden brown. This reel perfectly explains how most of my reels come about. I never really sit down and think about what to produce next, I really just film what happens in my kitchen and sometimes I forget to switch on my camera and also often to switch it off and end up with half hour long videos on my phone were nothing happens. 😅 This was the last „bread“ I made before I went on my first hotel holiday in over 10 years or maybe even longer. Since the start of airbnb most of my holidays where really just me going somewhere and live like a local for a week or two. I never sat still or was just at the beach for a whole day let alone a whole week. But that is the plan for the next 6 days, I‘ll let you know after how it went. I‘ll leave you this very easy no fuzz focaccia with roasted garlic, sesame, honey, sage, salt and pepper before I sign off. Ingredients 600g wheat flour (min. 11% protein, I substituted 10% with spelt flour, but it‘s not needed if you don‘t have, adds a bit taste and softness though) 480-510g water (less with lower protein flour, more with higher protein) 180g sourdough starter (I used a mix of a day old wheat and rye starter leftovers from the fridge) 12g salt 18g olive oil Mix all ingredients in a mixer until windowpane. Slow at first, higher speed after all is combined. Dump into an oiled container and bring into shape through some folding. Let rest 1h. Do two more folds each hour and put in the fridge overnight. Take the container out of the fridge and let sit for 1h. Preheat the oven to 230°C (with a steel in to 250°C). Dump the dough into and oiled pan, dimple, top and dimple again. Ladenia, better known as Greek Pizza in the U.S., is a delicious homemade pizza with tomatoes, onions, olives, and feta cheese on a baked focaccia-style crust. Learn how to make this pizza recipe with and how to make the homemade pizza crust! For The Dough ▢ 1 tablespoon instant yeast ▢ 1 teaspoon castor (superfine) sugar ▢ 1 ½ cups lukewarm water ▢ 2 ½ cups (410 g) all-purpose flour ▢ ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for greasing the pan ▢ 1 teaspoon kosher salt For The Topping ▢ 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced ▢ 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced ▢ 1 tablespoon oregano, ground in a mortar and pestle or spice grinder ▢ ½ cup extra virgin olive oil ▢ ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced (optional) ▢ ¾ cup (3 ½ ounces) crumbled feta cheese (optional) 1. It was a graveyard smash- the monster mash 😍 Today I conquered my fear of making fresh bread with a no knead focaccia! With baking I have learned that it is more of a science than a creative outlet so I followed a recipe for this one! The dough itself is made of just 5 cups of AP flour, 1 packet of instant yeast, 2 tbs honey, and 1 1/2 cup of water 🤯 You first mix the water, honey, and yeast then adding in the flour. Focaccia is super easy to make it just takes a lot of patience and time. The dough has to be mixed into olive oil, covered, then left alone in the refrigerator for ten hours 😂 I am super impatient so this step was painful for me haha. I got the inspo to make this when I found a skull cake pan at Walmart- the eyes and mouth would be the perfect vessel to add sauce, butter, and cheese to go along with the bread! The pan has to be covered in butter and each piece had to be added in and attached separately. I decided to flavor the focaccia with smoked sea salt and muffaletta salad! I was so excited with how it looked until I realized it had to set to room temperature for another hour in a half 😂 Finally I added it into the oven and again I was terrified hoping the dough didn’t cover the eyes, nose, and mouth of the cake pan. Somehow it turned out absolutely perfectly. The outer edges were crispy and the inside was soft and had an almost melt in your mouth texture 🎃 I know there’s alot I can do next time to really level up my focaccia game so if you have any advice please help ya girl out. Maybe by the end of this year I will finally conquer my fear of making sourdough 🫣 #foccacia #breadtok #spookytreats

Let's dive right in! 🤤 Ingredients: - 2 1/2 cups warm water - 2 tablespoons honey - 1 tablespoon dry yeast - 5 cups plain flour - 250 g melted butter For the filling: - 1 cup brown sugar - 2 teaspoons cinnamon For the icing: - 2 cups icing sugar - 1 tablespoon melted butter - 3 tablespoons milk 1️⃣ In a bowl, combine warm water, honey, and dry yeast. Add 5 tbsp melted butter. Now, gradually stir in the plain flour until it's well combined. Then, fold each end into the middle, sealing the sugar inside. Don't forget to seal the ends as well. 😉 6️⃣ Using the tips of your fingers, gently push the dough towards the edges of the dish. Pour the remaining melted butter over the top and sprinkle a little more brown sugar for that extra sweetness. 🍯 7️⃣ Cover the dough again and let it rest for another 15 minutes in a cozy, warm spot. 8️⃣ Preheat your oven to 220°C and place your dish inside.
