Part of the “secret” on how I got so many amazing harvests over the course of the past years it’s because I used a technique called FPJ (fermented plant juice) from Korean Natural Farming to transform Comfrey (or you can use any other garden weed) into a homemade soil amendment jam packed with microorganisms! Healthy soil = healthy plants MATERIALS: 1 x kg Comfrey (or nettles, dandelions, etc) 1 x kg unrefined sugar Garden sheers Gloves Bucket 2 x glass jar Cheese cloth or any breathable material Elastic band STEP BY STEP: - Harvest 1 x kg comfrey in the morning - Chop it down into small pieces - Weigh your Comfrey and Add to a bucket along equal weight in sugar - Mix well until it starts to become a moist mixture - Add the mixture to a jar, press it down and cover with an extra layer of unrefined sugar - Clean the rim with organic vinegar and close it with a breathable material secured by an elastic band - Leave it to ferment for 7 days - Strain the mixture using gravity (do not press or force it through the sifter) - Store the liquid in a jar - Use 1 x tbsp dissolved in 10 L of water - Spray or water your plants and enjoy your garden coming to life #fyp #foryoupage #contentcreator #gardening #garden #comfrey #plants #gardeningtips #gardentok #homemade #fertiliser #gardeningtips #gardeninghacks #urbangardening
