High Protein Breakfast series part 1. Breakfast Blueberry Crumble 💙 Recipe: 100g blueberries (fresh/frozen) 1 lemon juiced 5g protein powder- I use @macr0mike vanilla buttercream (1 tsp) DC: amb-eliyaeats 30g oats (3 tbsp) 25g protein powder - I use @macromike vanilla buttercream (about 2 tbsp) 1 tbsp sweetener- I use stevia/natvia Cinnamon 10g light butter 1/2-1 tbsp milk 100g yogurt for topping - I use vanilla Yopro Mix blueberries lemon juice and 1 tsp of protein powder and add to an oven safe ramekin Airfry at 160c for 5 minutes Mix up the crumble ingredients and add on top of the cooked blueberries, airfry for an extra 10 minutes at 160c Serve with 100g yogurt and enjoy ✨ Macros: 375 cals C: 35 P: 31 F: 12 #blueberrycrumble #healthyblueberrycrumble #highproteinbreakfast

The best winter dessert 🤩🫐 Ingredients (serves 8) 3 cups frozen blueberries 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup almond meal 1 cup sliced almonds 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1-2tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 3tbsp shredded coconut Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) 2. Add your blueberries to a pie dish 3. In a bowl add the oats, almond meal, sliced almonds, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract and mix until all combined. 4. Place crumble mixture on top of blueberries and gently press down using the back of a spoon. Sprinkle on the shredded coconut. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. 6.
