Cheesy “plain” mac n cheese that’s actually full of veggies! I could eat this all day 🤤 RECIPE 👇🏻 Ingredients: -1/2 cauliflower (mine was on the smaller side) - 1 can butter beans - 50g butter - 1/4 cup flour - 2.5 cups milk - garlic, onion powder and salt to taste - 1 packet of any pasta Method: Boil or steam cauliflower until soft. Add drained beans and puree until smooth. Meanwhile, boil your pasta of choice To make white sauce, melt butter in a pan. Add flour and stir to combine. Add milk and whisk until smooth / all the flour lumps are gone. Add salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Add the veggie puree to the white sauce and whisk until smooth. You may need to add some water or milk to get a thinner, creamy consistency. Add the cooked pasta to a large baking dish, cover with sauce and mix until all the pasta is coated.
