Top vs Bottom Corner 💥 Comment “POWER” if you want to improve your shot! Keeping your upper body relaxed means to be slightly leaned over. You should feel balanced when striking the ball. When finishing on the ground, you should feel like you’re exaggerating how much you lean over to make sure it stays down. In the end, it comes down to repetition, but without proper technique it is very difficult to achieve. Getting reps with improper form could lead to bad habits and not tapping into your full potential. I always recommend players to train without their shoe on so they can get a feel for where the ball is hitting their foot. “Locking your ankle” takes practice and is something you can work on standing in place.
