Food Love: Pasta I was back at @Camden Market checking out @Basta Camden for today’s little taste test. They have loads on the menu including omelettes, kebabs, shawarma, and more, but their speciality is falafel and that was what I was there to try. One of the less well know establishments in the market, means you won’t have to wait as long as some of the nearby food options. Don’t let this fool you though…the food tasted great and was definitely one of the best Falafels I’ve ever had. It’s so easy to overcook falafels leaving them dry but this wasn’t the case here. Nige the builder has been on site this week, making sure that everything is moving along and going to plan. It’s a huge job and every time I look at what’s happened so far I’m in absolute awe. 🤯 The fact that I’m project managing it is mind blowing too. Especially as it’s not like I haven’t got anything else to do.😂 That said it’s really satisfying watching everything take shape. Food Love: Piadina Mia Recently checked out @piadinacamden after seeing it pop up on my feed and salivating over what I saw. 🤩 It’s an Italian street food joint located in the Stables area of @Camden Market . They serve 4 variations on the classic Italian flatbread with a choice of either, burger, chicken tenders, grilled chicken or vegetarian fillings. If your lactose intolerant or just don’t like cheese then this place isn’t for you. But… if that’s not a problem I highly recommend stopping by. Especially if you’re in Camden and feeling hungry. The portion size was great with an option to add fries and make it a meal for £13. More importantly though, it tasted awesome. Everything was well seasoned and the mix of flavours worked perfectly.
