Los Angeles | No City I lived in LA for a few years because of school. I’ve had some great moments in this city and not so great moments. It’s a city that can get overwhelming. It’s a city where dreams can be made and crushed. Where you can feel like everything and nothing. Extraordinary and ordinary. A city of extremes on either side of the spectrum. It can make you feel like the world is at your feet while you get buried underneath. There is a different energy in this city. One that fuels and drains. To me, the energy is dark. When I went back to visit for two days, I wanted to see Los Angeles without seeing the city. And these visuals are a result of that. It made me see Los Angeles in a different light. A light that I will keep in my memory as this city of “dreams”. But really, if Los Angeles has taught me anyrhing is that your dreams are nowhere else but inside of you. You give it life and light. You give it value. Your dreams are yours to feel, experience, and find power in. If you are alive and have dreams, you are a force to be reckoned with. Hold onto your own. Stay close to yourself.
