✨🐏 Birthdays are big to me because I’ve been depressed my whole life. So with each new age I hit it feels like a huge milestone I didn’t expect to make it to. Therefore, huge reason to celebrate and do whatever the fuck I wanna do. 🪷 I started doing bday things alone for the most part a few years ago bc I would put SO much pressure on it to be perfect and have everyone I know be there which just ultimately set me up for disappointment. (Que the story about nobody showing up to my bday one year and me recognizing who my real friends were, so now I don’t even give people the opportunity to disappoint me and just celebrate alone which is much more fun to me 😅)
