Warm Mediterranean focaccia has the key to my heart. Using the thermomix recipe for the focaccia I gave it a glow up with the @alwaysfreshau Sundried Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives and Roasted peppers. There is only 10 minutes of actual prepping and the rest of the time it’s proofing or baking.

The easiest mid week dinner that is packed full of flavour, Mediterranean One Pan Fish Dish. I have used fresh snapper and a variety of @alwaysfreshau Sundried Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Sicilian Olives and Roasted Pepper Strips. Always Fresh is the #blandidote to mid week meals- this took 5 mins to prep and 15 mins to cook, and is packed with flavour. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes on 180 degrees. #blandidote #alwaysfresh
