A month ago my daughter called and her car (2012 acura mdx w 160k miles) was having trouble. I drove to her college and exchanged cars w her and took hers back to get fixed. After weighing her car issues, we decided to gift her my car (2019 acura rdx- hoping it gets her through college) and get myself a new one. We had to lie to her for the past 4 weeks that her car was “in the shop” and hide my new car at friends and family houses for weeks. She was so confused bc her old car had similar keys and she thought I wrapped up her car keys. I feel so fortunate that this year I could bless my daughter w a safe working car to drive back and forth from college with. #merrychristmas #christmas2023 #christmascar @Charlotte.haas
