Meal prep made easy! The more you make your own meals and the less you eat out the easier it is to lose weight! These taco bowls are so easy to make and eat on all week! Plus they taste delicious! Be sure to hit the save button for later! I can black beans drained and rinsed 1.3 cup corn I can rotel 16oz lean ground beef, cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning 2 cups low fat cottage cheese. Make four servings. In each serving add: ¼ can of black beans, ⅓ cup corn, ¼ can rotel, 4oz (or ¼ of meat mixture) cooked ground beef, .5 cups LF cottage cheese. Mix together, add more taco seasoning as needed and refrigerate. Store in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Simply heat in microwave or oven and serve with zero carb tortillas, on a bed of lettuce or with the homemade chips (recipe below). Each serving: 380 calories 8g fat 32g carbs 6g fiber 44g pro
