As someone who hosts every holiday, it's so important to have quick and easy recipes that can be made in minutes but don't lack when it comes to flavor. The Pioneer Brand baking mix was the perfect base for this recipe. It's honestly one of the best baking mixes I've ever used. The flavor of the crust tasted nothing short of homemade, and the perfectly sweetened and spiced peaches were next level! Drop your favorite Easter recipes in the comments, and follow for more holiday inspiration! 1 cup Pioneer Buttermilk Baking Mix 1 cup milk ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg ½ tablespoon vanilla extract ½ cup butter, melted 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained ½ cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon cornstarch ½ tablespoon vanilla extract Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, mix peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and cornstarch until combined. In a separate bowl, mix Pioneer Buttermilk Baking mix, milk, butter, nutmeg, and vanilla. Pour the batter into an 8x8-inch baking dish or pie plate. Spoon the peaches over the batter.
