Did I convince anyone to try it? lol! I get it…it isn’t a beautiful lasagna…I debated posting this because I just couldn’t make this look “not disgusting”…. lol But WHATEVER. It really was delicious and I really will make this again. It’s like a cheesy pizza dip. Seriously though- try it out. Doooo itttttt!!!! Lol 😂 Here is the recipe: 1/2 cup cottage cheese (1%) 1/2 cup marinara (I used Barilla) 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon water Blend ☝️ Mix in 5oz 96% lean ground beef. Mine was fresh off the stove, which heated up the cottage cheese mixture. Feel free to use pre cooked beef and heat it in a pan and add the cottage cheese mixture at the end to warm. I added a few banana peppers and grated Parmesan to mine but this is totally optional. I also know that the dipping vessel will vary, so I did not include that in the calories. You could use: Cut Bell peppers, celery, toasted pita, toasted tortilla or toasted wonton wrappers. Lots of options. This was super filling and it really was delicious. And…. 324 calories and 44g protein! The reason this only took 5 minutes to assemble is because I had pre cooked 96% lean ground beef in the refrigerator. All it takes is a little pre planning and you can have FAST FOOD that’s not greasy and cheesy. I used Trader Joe’s Turkey meatballs (100 cals for two) and I used 4, 1/2 cup Barilla marinara sauce and a 100 calorie English muffin toasted with garlic powder. The veggies are not a part of the calorie count. I added roasted green beans and broccoli to my plate. Easy! High protein! Low calorie! We came home from being out of town to a wet floor and thawed food. I was able to do some quick cooking to save a few items…but lots of it got wasted. The old refrigerator - she lived a long and loved life…and she had to be replaced. I’m actually quite happy to be rid of the water and ice dispenser on the front of the refrigerator. I purposely chose simple. Once I go spend a months saving on groceries to resupply all the condiments - I will give yall a real refrigerator tour. For now, I will bask in the glory of her cleanness! This will be the cleanest she will likely ever be. 😂 I would have much rather spent $1000+ on shoes.👠 👟…. This is a decadent peanut butter chocolate lava cake for one and with 32g of protein-and only 200 calories- don’t mind if I do! I am using Sweat Ethics chocolate peanut butter protein powder in this recipe. Not grainy and bakes with perfection! 👉Use code 4Mfit if you are interested in a discount on any Sweat Ethic product. In a small bowl whisk together: 30g Sweat Ethic protein powder 1 tosp cocoa powder 10g powdered peanut butter (I used PB2) 7g Fiber Gourmet all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder Once the dry ingredients are mixed, to the same bowl add 65ml cashew milk (sub any plant based milk), 3tbsp egg whites, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Bake at 350 for 14ish minutes..a little longer if you don’t want too much gooey lava center. Added peanut butter on top is optional and will be extra calories.
