I did 7 runs in 3 days, under the ☀️, hilly 🏔️, wet/dry terrains etc. And unlike my runs the previous week/s, I enjoyed these 7 the most! Why? Because I enjoyed it and regulated my efforts and emotions. The overarching goal is to get the mileage and time based runs in, but I’m not in the road so I have to adjust. Factors like my diet, motivation, rest, time, mindset etc. were all part of how I determined the intensity I need to put in. Got the 7 in because “Hindi ako sumagad”. I learned from my Coach/Training buddy @eliastabac na palaging may Bukas pa! So if may bukas pa, hindi mo kailangan patayin sarili mo today!
