Throwback to my 🎂 staycation at the @hongkongregent Not to mention, the highlight of the stay must be the @qurahongkong 🥃 It’s definitely a secret gem that I don’t want to reveal 🤭 not just because of its beautiful ‘the curator’ bar design soaked with a 180-degree Victoria Harbour view, or the huge selection of drinks ranging from classic and creative cocktails to vintage wines such as Negroni, Sazerac, or El Presidente made with spirits and amaros from the 1950s🍷 BUTTTT the extraordinary dining experience!! I started the dinner at the lounge area, enjoying evening cocktails alongside a delicious combo of Joselito pita negra, Iberico ham, and tomato bread. Moving to the dining area, which, YES, they have in a bar, I was blown away by the incredible Garlic butter brioche they served us. It was so soft and pillowy that I devoured two! Then came the refreshing Niçoise salad with marinated tuna, bursting with freshness. And finally, my absolute favorites—lobster linguini and a super tender steak. Every dish surprised me, and honestly, I never expected this level of quality from a bar. It felt like dining at a fancy Michelin-starred restaurant, no joke! It has definitely become one of my favorite places for a night out now! Save this place to your restaurant list🤘🏽
