If you want to create flexible structures and variable routines in your life, I want to support you. So Iāve put free & paid resources on my profile page. The free e-book (Stress Less & do more) dives into a flexible structure for the whole day, with a focus on implementation. The video minicourse (Make the Most of Your Mornings) helps us develop variable routines for the beginning and end of the day: waking up our minds & bodies by setting ourselves up for success the night before. And I offer 1:1 support for neurodivergent folks who want to stop procrastinating and start taking the actions that matter. Letās flexibly structure your days for optimum impact and maximum joy. For any of these (and more), just check my profile page, right where it says ā¬ļøResourcesā¬ļø Talk to you soon š¤ #neurodivergent #coach #kai8seasons

Somatic Skills for Your adhd Life This group coaching program starts this Friday (March 22), and we have just a couple spots still open. How does it work? I share an adhd strategy, you share what makes it hard to implement, Papillon shares a tool to navigate that challenge. So you get personalized support from a coach and from a therapist. 4 Fridays, 4 calls, 2 facilitators and just 12 participants. Iād love to see you there. If tell you where to find more info tt will suppress the video but ā¦ you know. Itās where all creators put more info. š . . . #executivefunction #coach #kai8seasons #somaticskills #cognitiveskills #adhd

āMy therapist is great but they donāt offer any practical tools for managing my adhd.ā I canāt tell you how many times a client has said something like this to me. And I feel for them every time. So what if you could talk to a coach and a therapist at the same time? Now you can. This series of video calls will give you an opportunity to learn new strategies AND get your questions answered by two different professionals with complementary skillsets. To make sure we can fully engage with every person in the group, weāre limiting this to just 12 folks. And we start THIS Friday (March 22) So if you want a spot, nowās the time. If I tell you where to find it, TikTok will suppress this video. But you know. You know. š
Iāll talk to you soon. #executivefunction #coach #kai8seasons #somaticskillsforadhd

Natural rhythms (aka seasons) are the key to making the most of the energy we have, taking care of our brains & bodies, AND achieving the best outcomes over time. The myth that we can accomplish more simply by logging more hours is a relic of the industrial age, based on the disproven notion that people work like machines. Humans need time to rest, yes. And we need time to feel inspired, to connect with other people, and so much more. The free ebook in my bio dives into the rhythm of the day, so check that out if youāre curious. My current coaching package also supports the rhythms of the week, the work session and more, so be in touch in you want 1:1 support maximizing your outcomes by embracing seasonality. #executivefunction #coach #kai8seasons @New York Times Opinion

Replying to @Swampnailz ā ļø Last time I mentioned physical safety; this time letās talk about emotional safety. Iāve been holding on to a lot recently, and Iām intentionally moving in ways that bring up those feelings so that I can process them. Fear, sadness, rage ā¦ But that kind of emotional work can be overwhelming if we donāt have practice navigating it. The good news is that bringing up deep emotions is not required to experience the benefits of regulating cortisol levels. You can regulate your nervous system without going into a full on somatic grief release. So take care of your physical body and your emotional body. Do whatās right and safe for you. š«¶š» #e#executivefunctionc#coachkai8seasons
