New Mensho Ramen shop opens 6/29! First of its kind in Arizona… In city of Mesa, AZ to be exact. It is an upscale ramen restaurant with premium ingredients like Wagyu, smoked pork, sous vide duck, smoked soft boiled eggs, mochi noodles and more! I met the Japanese Mensho Ramen chef, and right from the start, I can tell he is very meticulous with his ramen. That’s a great sign! Everything from flavor to consistency was down to a science.
