PROTEIN CHIA PUDDING ⬇️✨ I’m ALWAYS asked for new meal prep breakfast ideas that aren’t just oats and eggs and this is a gluten free option that can easily be customized to your desired tastes and it’s packed with protein & fiber!! If you don’t like the texture of chia pudding you can also blend it!! BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP ⬇️✨ I LOVE a good wrap for a quick and easy meal prep balanced lunch! I find wraps a great way to take a typical salad and make it a bit more filling by adding the fiber from the tortilla!
