they call it the midnight sun 🌞 this was taken on 24th june last year just before midnight. during the height of summer the sun never goes beneath the horizon it descends the sky and then comes back up again without ever fully setting. as sunset blends into sunrise you're treated to hours of colour changing sky (with the right conditions). this was one of my favourite spots in all of iceland. situated just outside of the northernmost town in the country along @visitnorthiceland’s arctic coast way, arctic henge gives neolithic vibes despite being built in the 90s. will you be off to the land of fire and ice this year?
