We’ve gone from shipping a few orders per day, to hundreds, to thousands, to now having shipped out over 300,000 orders total… and I think it’s kinda interesting how we ended up pulling it off so here’s the story: When we started we were getting maybe a few orders per day and as we started seeing success on TikTok we started getting hundreds of orders per day It was insane to watch the live view of customers on our website when a video was going viral. Quite possibly one of the best feelings of all time We’d be packing all day, had friends and family come over to help, and ended up hiring my little brother full time to help pack orders We’d load our cars up to the brim with packages and bring them to UPS but that quickly got unsustainable so we got our first warehouse and hired a team of my little brother and sisters friends to help pack thousands of orders per day on some days Packing the orders in time was no problem we had the best warehouse workers in the game the problem was we were running out of space in the warehouse So after looking into getting a bigger warehouse and realizing how much of our time was going to be have to spent on safety stuff, forklift training, etc we decided to hire a 3PL to fulfill all our orders (Shoutout ShipBob 🤠) While packing orders were by far some of my favorite memories and it’s more expensive than doing it ourselves, I couldn’t be more happy with our decision to outsource it to free our time up to work on other things@SEEQ SUPPLY #businessowner #smallbusiness #seeq #seeqsupply #marketing #content #contentcreator #founder #founderstory #investor
