Buffalo Chicken Wings with Vegetables on the Grill. Ingredients: * 1kg chicken wings * 8 tablespoons of @Angus & Oink Buffalo Soldier spice mix * 4 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter * Assorted vegetables for grilling (such as bell peppers, zucchini, onions, leeks and corn). * Honey Chilli Seasoning from @angusandoink Instructions: * Preheat your grill * Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Season the wings generously with the Buffalo Soldier spice mix over them, making sure they are evenly coated. * Place the seasoned chicken wings on the preheated grill. Grill the wings for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and crispy on the outside. Make sure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). * While the chicken wings are grilling, prepare the vegetables. Slice the vegetables into and place them in a bowl. Brazilian Feijoada🫘 🇧🇷As a Brazilian, I am extremely happy to share this Feijoada recipe with you as it’s the most famous and popular dish in my country. Ingredients⬇️ * 1kg dried black beans * 500g mixed pork meats (such as pork shoulder, ribs, bacon, and sausage) or just buy the Feijoada Mix from primitive butchers like I am using in the video. * 1 onion, chopped * 4 cloves of garlic, minced * 2 bay leaves * Salt and pepper to taste * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil * Water * Farofa (toasted cassava flour), orange slices, chopped kale and rice for serving Instructions: * Rinse the black beans and soak them in water overnight. Drain before using. * In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened. * Add the mixed pork meats to the pot and brown them on all sides. * Once the meat is browned, add the soaked black beans to the pot along with enough water to cover everything by about 2 inches. * Add the bay leaves, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir well. * Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer, partially covered, for about 2-3 hours or until the beans are tender and the meats are cooked through. Stir occasionally and add more water if needed to keep the beans covered. * Once the feijoada is cooked, remove the bay leaves and serve hot with rice, farofa, and orange slices on the side. The Ultimate Garlic Bread🥖 Ingredients⬇️ For the Garlic Bread: * 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread * 4 heads of garlic * Olive oil * Salt and pepper, to taste * Grated mozzarella cheese * Grated Parmesan cheese * Chopped fresh parsley * Rub me Garlic Butter seasoning from @Angus & Oink For the Crispy Chicken Bites: * 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces * 1 cup all-purpose flour * 2 eggs, beaten * 1 cup breadcrumbs * Salt and pepper, to taste * Cooking oil for frying Instructions: * Roast the Garlic: * Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). * Slice off the top of the head of garlic to expose the cloves. * Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. * Wrap the garlic head in aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and caramelized. Let it cool. * Prepare the Garlic Bread: * Slice bread like I am showing in the video. * In a bowlSqueeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins and mash them into a paste with a fork. * Spread the roasted garlic paste onto the cut sides of the bread. * Drizzle olive oil over the bread and sprinkle with salt and pepper. * Sprinkle grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the garlic paste. * Wrap the bread in aluminium foil, place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is crispy around the edges. * Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. * Put in the flour then beaten eggs then breadcrumbs. * Place them in the air fryer for 20 minutes. AD I love doing homemade garlic bread but it’s the first time that I am using the Rub Me Garlic Butter seasoning into this recipe and I can tell you that I’ve served this bread yesterday in the BBQ at home and my family loved it. Banoffee Pie🥧 with Dulce de Leche🤤 Ingredients⬇️ For the crust: * 200g digestive biscuits * 100g unsalted butter, melted For the toffee: * 350g Dulce de Letche from Primitive Butchers For the filling: * 3 large bananas * 300ml double cream (heavy cream) * 1 tablespoon icing sugar (confectioner’s sugar) * Cinnamon powder for dusting (optional) Instructions: * Make the Crust: * Crush the digestive biscuits or graham crackers into fine crumbs. You can do this by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin or by using a food processor. * Mix the biscuit crumbs with melted butter until well combined. * Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Use the back of a spoon or your fingers to compact it firmly. * Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set. * Assemble the Pie: * Spread the Dulce de Leche over the bottom of the crust. * Slice the Bananas: * Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. * Layer the Bananas: * Arrange the banana slices over the dulce de leche layer in the crust, covering the entire surface. * Whip the Cream: * In a large mixing bowl, whip the double cream with icing sugar until it forms stiff peaks. * Top the Pie: * Spread the whipped cream over the bananas, covering them completely. * Chill and Serve: * Place the assembled pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve. * Before serving, you can dust the top with cinnamon powder or grated chocolate for an extra touch. * Slice and enjoy your delicious banoffee pie! This recipe serves about 8-10 people, depending on portion sizes.
