Let me put you on to this delicious chicken balls in rich tomato sauce! If you want the recipe for the chicken balls, type chicken balls in the comments and I’ll have it posted 🤭 This is fairly easy to make, you need Oil Tomato paste Tomatoes, onions, ginger ( rough blend) Spices: my spices are from @Natural spice shop I used curry powder garlic flakes, curry powder, mixed seasoning. Salt to taste Added some extra powdered pepper because why not 🤣 The taste was absolutely delicious. I paired mine with pasta and it was such a yummy bowl. I had it the next day with rice and I couldn’t believe how good it was 😩 What are you eating with this? Rice or pasta? . . : . . #pasta #meatballs #chickenballs #chickensauce

Let’s make Hausa /Ayuo koko using my beautiful blender from @all_needs_official_ I am convinced that some of the most affordable meals in Ghana have the highest levels of complexities in their cooking. Look at Kenkey, Asaana and koko? Plus many others. I had some help from my mom because the mixing of the hot water and the paste was a bit of a challenge for me. I’m creating a full YouTube video of this in my YouTube channel with a detailed explanation. The link is in my bio or just search Cheflifestyle on YouTube. Can we get into this blender and how smooth it blended my millet? I’m obsessed 😍. @all_needs_official_ take your flowers Ingredients used - millet - pepper - ginger - grains of selim - cloves Street koko or homemade koko? Koko with koose, bread or Masa? Let me know ☺️☺️☺️ . . . . . . #koose #hausakoko #ghanafood #ayuokoko #spicymilletporridge

The simplest shito recipe you have ever seen! Just blend everything together and you are good to go. We used dried whole fish, shrimp, fresh pepper, ginger and garlic and blended everything together. This is very low maintenance but make sure you are stirring occasionally so it doesn’t burn. Ingredients Pepper Onions Ginger Garlic Dried shrimps and fish Seasoning Salt You can also add tomato paste Have you ever tried this method? What’s your easiest way to make shito? Let us know in the comments. What do you enjoy your shito with? Mine is Kenkey and waakye 😁😁 . . . . #shito #howtomakeshito #blackpeppersauce

Did you like making palmnut soup when you were younger? What are some of your childhood memories of food. I was in my acting era as a child because I was so lazy 🤣🤣. My mom has suffered in my hands. Anyways who agrees with me that palmnut soup is tedious to make? Especially the dishes 😭😭 Anyways the outcome is worth it tho especially with rice or rice all. What do you enjoy your palmnut soup with? . . . #palmnutsoup #palmnut #ghfoods #foods

You guys know how excited I get about Ghanaian brands that are killing it! Listen I first tried @koa.natural.gh somewhere December 2022, and I had the shock of my life when I realized that it wasn’t a chocolate drink! Let me not get started on how good this drink actually is! I made my mom try it and she hasn’t stopped talking about it. As for me I’ve almost finished the entire box 🤣🤣. It’s natural, made in Ghana from 100% cocoa with no added sugars. preservatives and additives. If you are going to get it, know that It’s a cold storage product and so must be always kept refrigerated. You can find out more by visiting the @koa.natural.gh page! This is a must try guys! . . . . . . #juice #cocoadrink #koanatural #cheflifestyle_
