Ingredients Butter lettuce, or Bibb lettuce 10 oz canned albacore tuna (2 5oz cans) 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp finely diced celery 2 tbsp finely diced red onion, rinsed in cold water (see Expert Tips section) 1 tsp whole grain mustard 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley Salt Instructions First drain the tuna cans and add the tuna to a large bowl. Smash with a fork a bit to break up any large chunks. Then add the mayo, celery, red onion, whole grain mustard, and fresh parsley to the tuna. Combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1-2 large scoops of the tuna salad mixture to the center of the butter lettuce leaves. This can make a different amount of wraps depending on how much tuna you add to each cup! Ingredients 8 oz block cheddar cheese 24 marinated mozzarella cheese balls 12 slices of salami 24 grape tomatoes 8–12 mini dill pickles Fresh basil Balsamic glaze Instructions First prepare all of the ingredients. Cut the cheddar cheese block into 24 small cubes. Cut the salami slices in half and then fold each half. Chop the mini dill pickles into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on the size. Separate the fresh basil into bite sized pieces, cutting some larger leaves in half if needed. Once all of your ingredients are prepared, assemble the charcuterie kabobs. Fun and easy to make with only 4 ingredients … these chocolate hazelnut pastries are decadent, rich, and melt-in-your mouth delicious. Everyone will absolutely love them! Plus you can choose the shape – twists, knots, or rolls. Ingredients 2 sheets frozen puff pastry dough 1/2 cup Nutella 1 egg Powdered Sugar Instructions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the sheets of puff pastry have thawed place them on a lightly floured surface. Roll out each sheet with a rolling pin into an even size. Be careful not to make the dough too thin, you just want to spread it into a slightly larger rectangle. Next add the Nutella to one of the sheets of dough. Spread evenly until the entire sheet is covered. Then place the other sheet carefully on top. Make sure the sheets line up and the Nutella is covered as best as possible. Cut the pastry dough into 12 strips, about 1/2 inch thick with a sharp knife or pizza cutter. You will make horizontal slices, going from one of the long edges of the rectangle to the other long edge. Next shape the Nutella puff pastries. Roll: The roll is the easiest shape to create. Take one strip of pastry and roll it up, going from one end to the other. It will look like a cinnamon roll. Twist: To create puff pastry Nutella twists hold a strip of pastry, one hand on either end. Then gently twirl the dough strip in opposite direction with each hand. Knot: To create the knot shaped pastry you first have to make the twist. Then once the twist is formed, place one end down on a surface. Wrap the rest of the twisted dough around this point. Once fully wrapped around, tuck the other end underneath the knot. Transfer the pastries to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Top each pastry with egg wash using a pastry brush. Place in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove the pastries from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with a dusting of powdered sugar. I like to chop up almost all the pepperoni and mix in here, besides about 5 slices to put on top. Season the cottage cheese mixture with salt and black pepper.
