People use they’re fingers for makeup application frequently but I haven’t seen anyone place loose powder under the eye and when I tell you it goes on so smoothly and the creasing is near to nothing and it just looks brighter. I’m gonna apply my loose powder under my eye like this from now on. I mean I love my puff but this just makes it that bit extra! What do you guys think?
