Making a large batch of vivid blue buttercream! Three important things to remember? Mix well, heat and blend. Recipe: 1.5 cups Swiss meringue buttercream, add equal parts sky blue and Violet ( I used less then 1/2 tsp of food colouring in total) Mix until fully combined, heat for 7-10 seconds in the microwave and stir!
