In celebration of International Women’s Day, here’s an excerpt from our private session on PMS & Hormonal Imbalance at THE NATURAL WOMAN NETWORK @tnw__network (via Instagram) . With PMS having no single attributable cause, we looked at all the possible causes of PMS (serotonin being one among many others, one of which may apply to you). . Understanding the feminine body and processes helps you to navigate and dare I say “HACK” your hormones to avoid and/or prevent unnecessary pain and suffering. .
