This is my favourite ways to make salmon🍣 What you need: 4 Salmon Fillets 1 Tsp Garlic Granules 1 Tsp Onion Salt 1 Tsp Paprika Sauce Juice 1 Lime 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce 2-3 Tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce Coriander 1 Tsp Olive Oil S&P What to do: Season salmon with spices. Add sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix together, brush on salmon. Cook in Airfryer @200C for 11 mins. To say this was phenomenal is an understatement, it was one of the nicest chicken dishes I’ve made🥰 What you need: 6-8 chicken thighs or 4/5 Breasts Paprika 1 Large Shallot 1 Green Chilli 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic 1 Tbsp Minced Ginger 200ml Chicken Stock 400ml Coconut Milk Coconut Cream 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce Coriander Lime What to do: 1. In a large pan heat 1-2 tbsp olive oil, add chicken and season with S&P and paprika. Cook on both sides until golden and remove. 2. Add onion & chilli, cook for 3-5 mins over low heat, mix through ginger, garlic & lime zest and heat for 1-2 mins. 3. Pour in stock and coconut milk & cream(keep some back to top chicken at the end) 4. Mix in soy sauce, add chicken back in, cover and cook for 10-15 mins over low heat until chicken is cooked through & sauce is thickened. 5. This was SO GOOD!! What you need:(Chicken) 6-8 Chicken Thighs or 4 Breasts 1 Tsp Minced Garlic 1 Tsp Minced Ginger 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce S&P Olive Oil Sauce 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic 1 Tbsp Minced Ginger 2 Tbsp Curry Paste(I used yellow) 250ml Chicken Stock 400g Coconut Milk 1-2 Heads Pok Choi To Serve Rice Lime Coriander Chilli Crisp What to do: In a large bowl add chicken and marinade ingredients, season well and marinate for at least 30 mins if you can. Cook on both sides until cooked through. While your chicken is cooking in another pan add olive oil, garlic & ginger, cook for 1-2 mins. Stir in curry paste and cook for 1-2 mins. Pour in stock & coconut milk, season well. Add in Pok Choi, cover and simmer for 7-10 mins. I love an easy One Pan dish and this one is a recipe you will make again & again 🍽️ What you need: 1 Small Red Onion 3 Garlic Cloves 130g Chopped Chorizo 450g Chicken Breasts 1 Tbsp Paprika 1 Tsp Garlic Granules 1 Tsp Onion Salt 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper 250g Basmati or Long Grain Rice 1 Litre Chicken Stock 1 Cup Peas Grated Cheddar Grated Mozzarella Olive Oil S&P What to do: Heat 2tbsp olive oil in a pan and add the onion, cook for 3-5 mins over a low heat. Mix in garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add chorizo and cook for another 2-3 mins Add chicken, season and mix in spices Cook for 2-3 mins on high heat, chicken doesn’t need to be cooked through as you don’t want it to dry out too much Add in rice and cook for 1-3 mins Pour in stock, add peas, stir, cover and cook until all liquid has evaporated, takes about 15/20 mins over low heat Top with cheese and cover and cook until cheese has melted Serve and enjoy #fyp #chicken #chickenrice #chorizo #highprotein #highproteinmeals
